Paddy McClelland
Paddy is an ecobroker with VerdeDenver @Home Real Estate Colorado LLC. She has been a broker in Denver, Colorado since 2001. Paddy is a native Denverite and a environmental activist. She started a grassroots organization in her Denver neighborhood of Platt Park which has grown to be a model for other Denver neighborhoods. She was awarded the Denver "150" award which honored 150 people in Denver who were "transformational" in their work in the city to celebrate Denver's 150th birthday. She echoes that "Real Estate is my work but the environment is my passion."
Kevin Connolly
Kevin Connolly, originally from Pittsburgh PA, boasts 30 years of Real Estate experience. He is most notably a "seasoned investor" and owns and manages numerous rental/investment properties in the Denver area. He now enjoys transforming older Denver homes to modern green properties.
